The story sometimes teaches you great lesson. In the quench of finding your part , your character you end up making yourself into the story by playing character which seems to fit your character. The story is great way to delve deep into picturing and capturing the moment of joy along with all shades of life.I recently read a small story which actually has deep impact. The story goes like this….
The teacher in the classroom was telling story to the students and gave some valuable lessons
Story of a couple who were on voyage to travel across ocean. They were having the beautiful journey as they were enjoying each other’s company along with the beautiful sea . But suddenly they got struck Admist sea as strong storm hit.
There were severe damage and life saving boat were arranged, unfortunately it has only one space left. So husband went into and saved his life leaving alone his wife to die. The teacher asked questions to students what wife would have said to his husband
The one child said: I hate you
The other said: wish I could have made better choice
And list goes on and on
Finally one student who was sitting quietly has raised his hand, teacher asked what, he said: take care of our children
Teacher was amazed and said him exactly right but asked why you said So ,he answered; my mom said same when she died
Teacher was left speechless
He got back into story and continued further….
Her husband got back and took care of their children as per the wish of wife. When the children grew up his daughter came across the diary of father and she couldn’t hold up and started crying, In the diary it was written
I am sad to loose you , I could have not imagined life without you , I want to die with you but since you were already suffering from the disease and it could have taken your life so you choose me over Us , I am missing you every day, hope I meet you soon ………….
The teacher taught the lesson
The lesson of judging people, coming to conclusions without knowing the real reason. Judging the book by it’s cover.
My observation
I am very interested in knowing people and knowing the reason why he/she behaving rudely or lovingly or any other way.
We have tendency to blame people for not being with you or fight over reason without talking to eachother. Sometimes people have hard times, their situation is beyond your imagination, so stop judging them on the basis of your assumption.
Some people loves you , gives you time, it doesn’t mean they are free it is just that they love you unconditionally
Some people check on you, text you it is because they care for you
Try little harder to understand others
Step out of your comfortable shoes
Try to fit into shoes of others
Give your love one time, your affection
Don’t judge them
